Olive oil with exceptionally low acidity (<0.2%), produced from unripe olives that are harvested in mid-October. The extraordinary Makris olive variety in combination with the ideal microclimate results in a unique and complex Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Cold pressed within 4-8 hours after the harvest. Use it raw or for finishing cold dishes.
