Marmaro Early Harvest – 500ml
Early harvest olive oil with exceptionally low acidity (0.17%), produced from green, unripe Hondroelia Halkidikis olives. The olives are hand picked and the harvest starts around 15 September and finishes by 15 October.
This olive oil has a distinct 'green' flavor profile and a peppery and slightly bitter finish. Marmaro Early Harvest is ideally used raw, for cold dishes or as a finishing touch.
