Extra virgin olive oil from Lesvos island, made from Kolovi, Adramitini and Latholia olives that are carefully selected and cold-pressed to preserve their natural flavor and nutrients. The result is a fruity, aromatic olive oil with a well-balanced taste profile and a hint of peppery finish. Protoulis family maintains total control over the entire production: from its olive trees to harvesting and to cold extraction at its olive mill.
